The all aluminum BT 1123 SM charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Volvo WIA trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy free core measures 34.5 inches from tank to tank, 25.55 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core and have a 4.00 inch inlet and outlet. This unit has four rubber grommets for soft mounting.
