BT 1121D Recore – Volvo Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1121D recore service is for Volvo commercial trucks and allows us to replace your existing charge air cooler\’s core with a brand new one. This provides you a like new unit that is ready to help you haul whatever load you\’re carrying. The core is designed as an exact fit, OEM replacement and is manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing. No epoxy is used in the construction making the unit more durable than most. The core measures 25.000 inches from tank to tank, 20.35 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick.
