BT 1112D – Aluminum Kenworth and Peterbilt Charge Air Cooler

This charge air cooler is designed for Kenworth T300, T400, and T800 trucks and also fits some Peterbilt trucks.  We manufacture all our charge air coolers in the USA!! We use the latest brazing technology that allows us to build a 100% leak free cooler. Our standard charge air cooler is manufactured using the same stuffed tube and fin design as the OEM. The difference is in the brazing. With Heavy duty tubes, fins and headers you can be assured you are getting one of the finest Charge air coolers on the market today. All of our charge air coolers are TIG welded and are individually tested and guaranteed to be leak free.
