The BT 1107P all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2008-2013 Freightliner M2 106 Business Class trucks and 2008-2009 Sterling Acterra Q trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 29.375 inches from header to header, 23.82 inches from side to side, and 1.63 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and have a 3.00 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
