The BT 1103B all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Freightliner Cab Over Engine Trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 26.5 inches from header to header, 18.62 inches from side to side, and 2.76 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and have a 4-inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak-free.
