The BT 1100 EX all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 1995 – 2012 Peterbilt 357\’s, 2001 Peterbilt 377\’s, 1995 – 2012 Peterbilt 379\’s and 1995 – 2012 Peterbilt 385\’s. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 33.5 inches from header to header, 30.08 inches from side to side, and 1.5 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
