The BT 1091B EX all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Peterbilt 320 Sanitation Trucks. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 35.75 inches from header to header, 29.44 inches from side to side, and 2 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 3 inch inlet and a 4 inch outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
