The BT 7500 all aluminum radiator is an exact fit, OEM replacement for 2000 – 2005 Western Star 4900EXs, 2003 – 2005 Western Star 4964EXs and 2003 – 2005 Western Star Low Maxs. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 38 inches from header to header, 35 inches from side to side, and 2.25 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
